Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in customer-base and product usage in order to launch expansion and remarketing campaigns in collaboration with the Demand Generation Manager
  • Own and optimize the customer journey to increase retention and upsells
  • Launch new products and features to employees, customers, prospects, and press in collaboration with the team
  • Responsible for customer communications, including a regular newsletter, webinars, metric updates, etc.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging, create and manage ideal customer personas, and mold the brand to help build impactful content for our marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with key clients, community, and influencers, as well as sales and product stakeholders across the organization to drive measurable impact
  • Create sales enablement collateral - including case studies, one-pagers, etc. -  as necessary
  • Contribute to Product Roadmap with customer insights and market information.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, news, etc.
  • Meaningfully contributing to team meetings, training, policies, strategy and culture

Skills & Background

  • You have 3+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience
  • Ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Hubspot experience required
  • Expert storyteller and communicator, with the ability to modify your message based on the audience
  • Experience building ideal customer personas and targeted messaging
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, customer success, sales, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Passionate about bringing revolutionary products to customers and the market
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attentive, considerate, inquisitive and empathetic to others
  • Exceptional time management skills
